Boutique wines of the Alps will be waiting for you on March 28- 29, 2020 in Trento at the third edition of Vinifera, the wine fair dedicated to the artisanal wines of the mountains.
Over 70 producers from Italian regions of Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Friuli but also international ones from Austria, Switzerland, France and Slovenia representing heroic viticulture. A winemaking practice which plays a pivotal role in the care of mountain areas in Italy, due to the harsh conditions in which it is carried out. From all these unique producers you will hear tales of strength, passion and tenacity behind the labels of their boutique wines and you will discover wineries far from spotlight but truly genuine and responsible towards the environment.
Beside this, there will be a selection of small local gastronomy specialities producers whose dishes will be paired with wine in 4 in-depth masterclasses on wine and food scheduled during the two-days event.
From February 23rd to March 27th, as an anticipation of Vinifera, Trento and Rovereto will host Forum, an itinerant 12 events show with tastings, conferences, meetings with wine producers and industry experts through poetry, cinema and theatre.
